Westside Road, Bear Creek & Traders Cove homes for sale
North of the bridge, Westside Road winds up the lake past Bear Creek, Traders Cove and Wilson's Landing. It's acreages, cabins and lake-view homes on a narrow, winding road. Some of it is in the city and some in the Regional District of Central Okanagan's electoral area. This is also where the 2023 fire hit hardest: about 100 homes were lost in Traders Cove and Wilson's Landing (Wikipedia).
Check before you buy: whether it's City or RDCO jurisdiction, water and septic, insurance availability, and road access in an evacuation.
