Smith Creek homes for sale
Smith Creek is a newer family area in the hills west of Westbank Centre. Its trail network is popular with intermediate mountain bikers (Visit Westside), and the Smith Creek Park playground was fully replaced in August 2026. Routing puts it about 17.8 km and 28 minutes from Kelowna City Hall off-peak, the longest on our list, though it's only a few minutes to Westbank Centre's shops.
Check before you buy: insurance and FireSmart, and any legal suite's permits if you're counting on rental income.
