Built around the small lake and the Shannon Lake Golf Course, the only 18-hole course inside the city. It's family territory: Shannon Lake Elementary, Kinsmen Athletic Park, and newer subdivisions climbing the slopes. Off-peak it's about 9.2 km and 11 minutes to Kelowna City Hall via Shannon Lake Road. The City is upgrading sport courts here in fall 2026.
Check before you buy: your SD23 catchment school by address, since bus service only runs to the catchment school.
