Lakeview Heights climbs the slopes south of the bridge, around Mount Boucherie. This is where the wine trail starts: Quails' Gate and Mission Hill are on its doorstep, and Boucherie Road is the City's designated "Wine Route". Housing ranges from modest 1960s and 1970s homes on generous lots to contemporary view homes. Kelowna City Hall is about 7.4 km and 10 minutes away off-peak; KGH about 11.
